Bodrum Will Host Classical Music Lovers Between The 20th and 27th Of August

The 12th International D-Marin Classical Music Festival, which has been held under the founding partnership of the Doğuş Group , will take place at Bodrum between 20th and 27th of August this year. The festival, whose artistic programming and planning is made by Pozitif, will once again bring the world’s renowned orchestras and musicians to Bodrum. International D-Marin Classical Music Festival, which is streched to 8 days and expands to Bodrum beyond Turgutreis this year, will bring together music and art with its admirers.

The 12th International D-Marin Classical Music Festival will take place at one of the most attractive holiday destinations, Bodrum, and fulfills an experience full of culture, arts and music. The festivals event schedule will be released within the next months.

About International D-Marin Classical Music Festival

International D-Marin Classical Music Festival aims to support the development of classical music in Turkey and to spread out towards the country, is the first and only classical music festival taking place in a marina. Until today, 89 concerts took place as a part of the festival and the festival reached over 180 thousand lovers of music with more than 3,800 artists.

International D-Marin Classical Music Festival, was admitted to European Festivals Association membership in 2009, was chosen “Best Classical Music Event of the Year” in the 2012 Donizetti Classical Music Awards organized by the Andante magazine and earned D-Marin Turgutreis the “Regional Special Award” by Skalite Awards.

The entire proceeds from the festival will be donated to the Tohum Autism Foundation and the Bodrum Health Foundation as in previous years for use in projects directed towards autistic children and their parents.
