A Chic Reception For Summer Specials at Gina By Espace Privé Chenot D-Life
Renowned for delectable dishes and sophisticated atmosphere, Istanbul's premier Italian restaurant Gina partnered with Espace Privé Chenot D-Life, a global pioneer in wellness, for a selection of light and supremely tasteful summer exclusives.
A reception was held at Gina to launch the new summer specials with distinguished business figures and socialites including Birim Bayraktar, Burcu Karabacak, Meral Gülay Çeşit, Talia-Nora Kalpakçıoğlu, Teri Kohen, Meral Oğuz, Lika Pur, Emre Ertürk, Gül Ergi, Canan Bolak, Kerim Kuyumcuyan, Aysun Boran, Nurhan Sercan, Ayşe Berkol, Ayşegül Uluç and Zeynep Germen. Espace Privé Chenot D-Life and Gina invited their guests to a refreshing taste of the new and healthy summer specials.
Gina, the premier address for authentic Italian cuisine and a lighthearted experience with its comfortable atmosphere, partnered with Espace Privé Chenot D-Life to prepare five summer specials - light and healthy options that will be available during the summer only.
The selections are prepared by Espace Privé Chenot D-Life, a wellness company embracing Dr. Henri Chenot's signature "Chenot Method" distilled through 40 years of healthy living experience, and offer fresh and low-calorie dishes at Gina.
The creations of Michelin-star chefs include “Warm quinoa salad, mixed vegetables and artichoke dressing with tuna tartare", “Smoked salmon salad”, “Steamed fish, vongole and samphire” as well as a "Loin of lamb with vegetables, flaxseed and spice cocktail" that caters to the meat-lover.
The menu doesn't overlook the health-conscious eater who occasionally wants to indulge his or her sweet tooth: "Almond pudding with fresh fruits" is a low-calorie, guilt-free dessert that brings a sweet ending to any meal.
Espace Privé Chenot D-Life leverages the experience gained by the “Chenot D-Life Bag” service, prepared by Michelin-star chefs under the guidance of dieteticians following recommended daily allowances, to summer specials designed exclusively for Gina clientele.
